We are delighted to welcome you to Circle of Care Early Learners & Early Leaders (CCELs) for your child’s childcare and preschool experience. Our licensed Maryland facility, staffed by qualified and continually trained professionals in Early Childhood, offers high-quality programs for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. Our goal is to provide developmental and educational activities tailored to your child’s age and needs, fostering a strong foundation for lifelong learning. We operate year-round, Monday to Friday, with hours from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm.

We believe that the children today are the adults of the future. The children are our ist priority. We believe that the families in our program are very important in their children’s lives, and we will work together with our families and in our community.

Infants (6 Weeks–17 Months)
A warm, loving, nurturing environment focused on sensory exploration, language development, and
responsive caregiving.
Toddlers (18–24 Months)
Hands-on learning that encourages curiosity, independence, language, social skills, and creativity.
Preschool (2–3 Years)
Interactive learning that builds literacy, math, science, social-emotional skills, and creativity.
Advanced Pre-K (3½–5 Years)
Kindergarten readiness through literacy, writing, math, STEM, leadership, and critical thinking.
School Age (6–12 Years)
Before/after-school care, homework support, enrichment, leadership, recreation, and seasonal
camps.
